The BONSEN A4 Laminator is designed for protecting documents, photos, and other paper items with a clear, durable plastic film. It features Never Jam technology, precise temperature control, and quick lamination, making it suitable for home, school, and office environments.

2. Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Do not operate the laminator if the power cord or plug is damaged.
- Keep the laminator away from water or other liquids.

5. Setup
- Place the laminator on a stable, flat surface with adequate space for document feeding and exit.
- Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On and Preheating
- Turn the power switch to the "ON" position.
- Select the desired lamination mode (Photo, 80 mic, or 125 mic) using the mode selection button.
- Wait for the laminator to preheat. The "Ready" indicator light will turn blue, and the selected micron indicator (e.g., "80 mic") will light up red, typically within 3-5 minutes.

6.2 Selecting Lamination Mode
The laminator offers three flexible heating levels:
- Photo Mode: Ideal for lighter items and photo papers.
- 80 mic Mode: Suitable for standard print papers and lighter documents.
- 125 mic Mode: For thicker articles, business cards, and postcards, providing enhanced durability.

6.3 Laminating Documents
- Place your document into a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is an even border around the document.
- Once the laminator is preheated and the "Ready" light is blue, insert the sealed end of the pouch into the laminator's input slot.
- The laminator will automatically feed the pouch through. Do not pull or push the pouch during lamination.
- Collect the laminated document from the output tray. Allow it to cool on a flat surface before handling.

6.4 Never Jam Technology and ABS Release Button
The BONSEN laminator features a special roller barrier technology designed to prevent laminating film from rolling up or jamming, ensuring a smooth and problem-free lamination process without bubbles or creases.
In the event of a misfeed or jam, immediately press the ABS Release Button located on the side of the machine. This will disengage the rollers, allowing you to safely pull out the jammed pouch. Release the button once the pouch is clear.

7. Maintenance
- Always unplug the laminator before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodically run a cleaning sheet (not included) through the laminator to remove any adhesive residue from the rollers.
- Store the laminator in a cool, dry place when not in use.
8. Troubleshooting
