3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Preparation
- Remove from Packaging: The RC car and controller are secured in a clear plastic jewel case. You will need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the bottom of the case. Carefully remove any tape securing the components.
- Accessing Controller Compartment: The remote controller is also secured. Gently push and slide to open the controller's storage section.
- Battery Installation (Controller): The controller requires batteries. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the controller. Insert the provided batteries, ensuring correct polarity as indicated. Secure the battery cover.
- Charging the RC Car: The RC car contains a rechargeable LiPo battery. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the underside of the car. Plug the USB end into a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter). A full charge takes approximately 30 minutes and provides up to 7 minutes of playtime.

4. Operation
4.1 Powering On and Pairing
- Turn On Car: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the underside of the Mini RC car and slide it to the "ON" position. The car's indicator light will blink.
- Turn On Controller: Locate the ON/OFF switch on the remote controller and slide it to the "ON" position. The controller's indicator light will also blink.
- Pairing: The car and controller will automatically pair. Once paired, the indicator lights on both the car and controller will stop blinking and remain solid.
4.2 Driving the RC Car
The remote controller features two red buttons for control:
- Left Button: Controls forward and backward movement.
- Right Button: Controls turning left and right.
Practice using both buttons simultaneously to achieve desired movements and turns. The 2.4GHz technology allows for precise control and simultaneous racing with up to 16 other Carrera RC Mario Kart vehicles.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the wheels and axles of the RC car to prevent accumulation of dust, hair, and lint, which can affect performance. Use a soft, dry cloth.
- Storage: When not in use, store the Mini RC car inside the remote controller's clear storage section to protect it and prevent loss. Keep the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Battery Care: Ensure the rechargeable battery is fully charged before extended storage. Do not overcharge or leave depleted for long periods.
