This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Faleemi Indoor/Outdoor Home WiFi Security Camera. This product line includes both indoor (FSC776A) and outdoor (FSC768) models, designed to provide reliable surveillance with features such as 1080P Full HD video, night vision, two-way audio, and motion detection. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your camera to ensure proper installation and functionality.

3. Setup Guide

3.1 Download the Faleemi Cloud App

1. Search for "Faleemi Cloud" in your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android).
2. Download and install the application.
3. Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.

3.2 Power On the Camera

• Connect the camera to a power outlet using the provided power adapter.
• Wait for the camera to power on. You may hear a startup chime or see an indicator light.

3.3 Connect to Wi-Fi (QR Code Setup)

1. Open the Faleemi Cloud App and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
2. Select your camera model or choose the option for QR code setup.
3. Enter your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password when prompted. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera may not support 5GHz.
4. The app will generate a QR code. Hold your smartphone with the QR code approximately 4-8 inches (10-20 cm) in front of the camera lens.
5. The camera will scan the QR code and confirm successful connection. Follow any further on-screen instructions in the app to complete the setup.

3.4 Mounting the Camera

• Indoor Camera (FSC776A): Place the camera on a flat surface or use the included mounting bracket to attach it to a wall or ceiling. Ensure it has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.
• Outdoor Camera (FSC768): Use the provided mounting hardware to securely attach the camera to a wall or eave. Position it to cover the desired outdoor area, ensuring the power cable is protected from the elements. The camera is rated IP66 for weather resistance.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Live View and Remote Control

• Open the Faleemi Cloud App. Your connected camera(s) will appear on the main screen.
• Tap on a camera to view its live feed.
• For the indoor camera (FSC776A), use the on-screen controls to pan (left/right) and tilt (up/down) the camera lens to adjust the viewing angle.

4.2 Two-Way Audio

Both camera models feature a built-in microphone and speaker, enabling two-way communication through the app.

1. While in live view, tap the microphone icon in the app to speak. Your voice will be transmitted through the camera's speaker.
2. Tap the speaker icon to listen to audio from the camera's location.

4.3 Night Vision

The cameras automatically switch to night vision mode in low-light conditions, providing clear black-and-white video. The night vision range is effective for monitoring in complete darkness.

4.4 Motion Detection and Alerts

The cameras are equipped with motion detection capabilities. When motion is detected, the camera will:

• Send an instant push notification to your smartphone.
• Record a 10-second video clip, accessible within the Faleemi Cloud App.

You can adjust the motion detection sensitivity and set detection zones within the app settings.

4.5 Recording and Storage

• Micro SD Card: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, Class 10 recommended) into the camera's SD card slot for continuous recording or event-triggered recordings. The camera will automatically overwrite older footage when the card is full.
• Cloud Storage: Faleemi offers an optional cloud storage service, typically with a free trial period. This provides an off-site backup of your recordings, ensuring data security even if the camera is compromised.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the camera lens and body with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the Faleemi Cloud App for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
• Outdoor Camera (FSC768): Regularly inspect the mounting and power cable for any signs of wear or damage, especially after severe weather conditions.

6. Troubleshooting

• Camera Offline:
  • Check if the camera is powered on and the power adapter is securely connected.
  • Ensure your Wi-Fi router is working and the camera is within Wi-Fi range.
  • Restart the camera and your Wi-Fi router.
  • If the issue persists, try re-pairing the camera with the app.
• Poor Video Quality:
  • Check your Wi-Fi signal strength. A weak signal can affect video streaming quality.
  • Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from dust or smudges.
  • Verify that the camera is set to 1080P resolution in the app settings.
• Motion Alerts Not Received:
  • Ensure motion detection is enabled in the app settings for the specific camera.
  • Check your phone's notification settings to ensure the Faleemi Cloud App is allowed to send notifications.
  • Adjust motion detection sensitivity if necessary.
• Two-Way Audio Issues:
  • Ensure your phone's microphone and speaker are working correctly.
  • Check the volume settings in the app and on your phone.
  • Minimize background noise for clearer communication.
