Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Mixer does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; speed control not set. | Ensure the mixer is securely plugged into a working outlet. Slide the speed control to a numbered setting (1-5). |
| Attachments are difficult to insert or eject. | Attachments not aligned correctly; eject button not fully pressed. | Ensure attachments are aligned with the mixer ports before inserting. For ejection, press the Eject button firmly and completely. If issues persist, ensure no debris is obstructing the ports. |
| Lowest speed seems too fast. | This model has a powerful motor; initial low speed may feel fast. | Start mixing with the attachments fully immersed in ingredients to minimize splashing. For very delicate tasks, consider pulsing the mixer by quickly moving the speed control to '1' and then 'OFF'. |
| Mixer overheats or stops during use. | Overloading the motor; continuous use for too long. | Unplug the mixer and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes. Reduce the load or mixing time. If the problem persists, contact customer service. |
