Setup and Assembly

The Yaheetech 36-inch Outdoor Fire Pit is designed for straightforward assembly. Follow the included instructions and use the accessory kit provided.

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the package contents list.
  2. Assemble Base: Attach the three metal legs to the main fire bowl. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Attach Outer Ring: Connect the sections of the outer barrier bar around the fire bowl. This ring enhances structure and provides handles for repositioning.
  4. Insert Log Grate: Place the internal grate (with 3 angle iron bars) at the bottom of the fire bowl to raise logs and improve airflow.
  5. Position Spark Screen: The mesh screen is designed to fit over the fire bowl. It has a ring handle for easy lifting.

Operating Instructions

  1. Placement: Ensure the fire pit is placed on a stable, non-combustible surface, away from any flammable materials or structures.
  2. Fuel: Use only seasoned firewood or charcoal. Do not overfill the fire bowl.
  3. Starting the Fire: Place kindling and small pieces of wood on the log grate. Light the kindling. Gradually add larger pieces of wood as the fire grows.
  4. Spark Screen: Always use the spark screen when the fire is burning to contain sparks and embers. Use the fire poker to lift and replace the screen.
  5. Adding Fuel: Use the fire poker to carefully lift the spark screen and add more wood as needed.
  6. Extinguishing the Fire: Allow the fire to burn down naturally. Do not use water to extinguish the fire as this can damage the metal and coating. Once the embers are cool, you can cover the fire pit with the rain cover.
