Setup and Assembly
The Yaheetech 36-inch Outdoor Fire Pit is designed for straightforward assembly. Follow the included instructions and use the accessory kit provided.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and verify against the package contents list.
- Assemble Base: Attach the three metal legs to the main fire bowl. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Attach Outer Ring: Connect the sections of the outer barrier bar around the fire bowl. This ring enhances structure and provides handles for repositioning.
- Insert Log Grate: Place the internal grate (with 3 angle iron bars) at the bottom of the fire bowl to raise logs and improve airflow.
- Position Spark Screen: The mesh screen is designed to fit over the fire bowl. It has a ring handle for easy lifting.

Operating Instructions
- Placement: Ensure the fire pit is placed on a stable, non-combustible surface, away from any flammable materials or structures.
- Fuel: Use only seasoned firewood or charcoal. Do not overfill the fire bowl.
- Starting the Fire: Place kindling and small pieces of wood on the log grate. Light the kindling. Gradually add larger pieces of wood as the fire grows.
- Spark Screen: Always use the spark screen when the fire is burning to contain sparks and embers. Use the fire poker to lift and replace the screen.
- Adding Fuel: Use the fire poker to carefully lift the spark screen and add more wood as needed.
- Extinguishing the Fire: Allow the fire to burn down naturally. Do not use water to extinguish the fire as this can damage the metal and coating. Once the embers are cool, you can cover the fire pit with the rain cover.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After the fire pit has completely cooled, remove ashes and debris from the fire bowl. The internal grate can be removed for easier cleaning.
- Rust Prevention: The iron material has a high-temperature bronze finish for rust resistance. To prolong its lifespan, keep the fire pit covered with the provided rain cover when not in use, especially during adverse weather conditions. Periodically inspect for any signs of rust and apply a water-based, high-temperature spray paint if needed to maintain the finish.
- Storage: Store the fire pit in a dry, covered area during extended periods of non-use to protect it from elements.

Troubleshooting
- Difficulty Starting Fire: Ensure wood is dry and seasoned. Use adequate kindling. Check for proper airflow; clear any blockages in the bottom ventilation holes.
- Excessive Smoke: Use dry, seasoned wood. Avoid burning green wood or trash. Ensure good airflow.
- Rust Appears: This is common for metal outdoor products over time. Clean the rusted area, sand lightly if necessary, and apply a high-temperature, rust-resistant spray paint. Keep covered when not in use.
- Stability Issues: Ensure the fire pit is placed on a flat, level surface. Check that all leg and frame connections are securely tightened.
