4. Operation

4.1 Before First Use

Before drying clothes for the first time, wipe the inside of the drum with a damp cloth to remove any dust or residue from manufacturing.

4.2 Loading Clothes

  • Sort clothes by fabric type and drying requirements.
  • Do not overload the dryer. For optimal performance, fill the drum loosely, allowing clothes to tumble freely. The capacity is 2.6 cubic feet.
  • Ensure all zippers are closed and ties are secured to prevent damage to clothes or the dryer.

4.4 Drying Cycles

Select the appropriate drying mode and time based on the fabric type and desired dryness level. Refer to clothing care labels for specific drying instructions.

4.5 After Drying

Once the cycle is complete, remove clothes promptly to minimize wrinkling. Clean the lint filter after every load.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dryer.

5.1 Cleaning the Lint Filter

The dryer features a multiple filtering system to block floating matter and cotton floss. The lint filter must be cleaned after every load to maintain drying efficiency and prevent fire hazards.

  1. Open the dryer door.
  2. Locate the lint filter assembly inside the drum.
  3. Remove the lint filter. It is detachable and can be wiped with a soft brush or cloth.
  4. Clean off all accumulated lint.

5.2 Cleaning the Drum

Wipe the interior of the drum with a damp cloth as needed to remove any residue or stains. For stubborn stains, a mild, non-abrasive cleaner can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.

5.3 Exterior Care

Clean the exterior surfaces of the dryer with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your dryer, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer support.

  • Dryer does not start:
    • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet.
    • Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
    • Verify the dryer door is fully closed.
    • Press the Start/Pause button firmly.
  • Clothes are not drying properly:
    • Clean the lint filter. A clogged filter reduces airflow.
    • Do not overload the dryer. Reduce load size.
    • Select a longer drying time or a hotter setting.
    • Ensure proper ventilation around the dryer.
  • Unusual noises during operation:
    • Check for foreign objects (coins, buttons) in the drum or lint filter area.
    • Ensure the dryer is on a level surface.
  • LED display not working:
    • Unplug the dryer for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the electronics.
