Single Port Charging:

• When only one device is connected to either PD1 or PD2 (USB-C ports), it can receive up to 65W of power.
• When only one device is connected to the USB-A port, it can receive up to 30W of power.

Multiple Port Charging:

When multiple devices are connected, the power is distributed as follows:

• Two Ports: PD1 (45W) + PD2 (18W) OR PD1 (45W) + USB-A (18W) OR PD2 + USB-A (18W Max).
• Three Ports: PD1 (45W) + (PD2 + USB-A) 18W.

6. Maintenance

• Device Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charger is securely plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Verify that the charging cable is properly connected to both the charger and your device.
  • Try a different charging cable or device to rule out cable or device issues.
• Slow Charging:
  • Check if your device supports fast charging and if you are using a compatible cable.
  • When charging multiple high-power devices (e.g., two laptops), the charger distributes power. This may result in slower charging for individual devices compared to single-device charging. For optimal speed, charge one high-power device at a time.
  • Ensure the total power draw of all connected devices does not exceed the charger's maximum output (65W).
• Intermittent Charging:
  • This can sometimes occur if the charger is overloaded or if there's an issue with the cable or device. Try disconnecting and reconnecting all devices and cables.
