- Ensure the keyboard is powered on.
- Press and hold one of the Easy-Switch keys (1, 2, or 3) located above the numeric keypad until the LED indicator next to the key starts blinking rapidly. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode.
- On your computer, tablet, or smartphone, navigate to your Bluetooth settings and select "Logitech K850" from the list of available devices.
- Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process. The LED will glow solid for 5 seconds when connected.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Logitech K850 keyboard, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution to wipe down the keys and surfaces. Avoid excessive moisture.
- Battery Replacement: The keyboard operates on batteries. When the battery indicator light turns red, it's time to replace them. Refer to the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard for specific battery type and replacement instructions.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the keyboard to conserve battery life. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
