2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup and Assembly

4.1 Battery Installation

  4. To remove, press the release button(s) on the battery pack and slide it out.

4.2 Dust Collection System

  1. Attaching the Dust Collection Bag: Align the opening of the long-life dust collection bag with the dust port on the sander. Push firmly until it is securely attached.
  2. Connecting to a Mobile Dust Extractor (Optional): For enhanced dust extraction, the sander can be connected to a Festool mobile dust extractor using a compatible hose. Connect the hose to the dust port on the sander.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn the sander ON, press the power switch.
  • To turn the sander OFF, press the power switch again.
