This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your EverBrite EB-70LED-Dimmer-Motion Under Cabinet Lighting. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper function and safety.

• Hand Wave Control: Easily turn the light on or off with a simple hand wave within 4 inches of the sensor.
• Adjustable Brightness (Dimmer): Hold your hand under the sensor in 'On Mode' to adjust the light intensity. The light remembers your last brightness setting.

5. Installation

The EverBrite Under Cabinet Light offers two simple, tool-free installation methods:

5.1 Magnetic Installation

If your desired mounting surface is metal, the light bar can be directly attached using its built-in magnets.

1. Ensure the metal surface is clean and dry.
2. Simply place the light bar against the metal surface. The magnets will hold it in place.

5.2 Adhesive Installation (for Non-Metal Surfaces)

For surfaces such as wood, glass, or stucco, use the provided metal plates with 3M adhesive.

1. Clean the desired mounting surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
2. Peel off the protective film from one side of the 3M adhesive on the metal plate.
3. Attach the metal plate to the back of the light bar, aligning it with the magnetic area.
4. Peel off the protective film from the other side of the 3M adhesive on the metal plate.
5. Press the light bar firmly onto the cleaned non-metal surface for at least 30 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.

6. Operating Instructions

The light bar features a switch with three positions: ON, OFF, and AUTO. Select the desired mode for operation.

6.1 ON Mode (Manual Control & Dimming)

In this mode, the motion sensor function is disabled. You control the light manually.

• To Turn On/Off: Wave your hand within 4 inches of the sensor.
• To Adjust Brightness: Hold your hand under the sensor within 4 inches. The brightness will cycle from high to low and back to high. Remove your hand when the desired brightness is reached. The light will remember the last brightness setting.

6.2 AUTO Mode (Motion Sensor)

In this mode, the light operates automatically based on motion detection and ambient light conditions. The hand wave control is disabled.

• The light will turn on when motion is detected in sufficiently dark conditions.
• The motion sensor has a detection range of up to 10 feet (3 meters) with a 130-degree angle.
• The light will automatically turn off after 20 seconds of no motion being detected.

Note: The functions in ON mode and AUTO mode do not overlap. Ensure the switch is in the correct position for your desired operation.

7. Charging

The EverBrite light bar is equipped with a rechargeable battery. When the light dims or stops working, it's time to recharge.

1. Locate the USB charging port on the side of the light bar.
2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the light bar's port and to a standard USB power source (e.g., computer, USB wall adapter).
3. A charging indicator light will typically illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged.
4. A full charge usually takes 4-5 hours and provides approximately 5.5 hours of continuous use. The battery can be recharged over 300 times.

• Cleaning: Wipe the light bar with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the light when it starts to dim. If storing for a long period, charge the battery every 3-6 months.
• Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
