Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Clean the frying basket and pan thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- To eliminate any manufacturing odors, preheat slices of lemon at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes. Afterward, wash the basket with soapy water.
Setup
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clear space around the back and sides of the appliance for proper air circulation.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off:
- To turn on the air fryer, press the Power Button. The display will illuminate.
- To turn off, press and hold the Power Button until the display turns off.
Selecting a Preset Mode:
- With the air fryer powered on, turn the Rotary Control Knob to cycle through the 8 preset cooking modes.
- The available presets are: Cake, French Fries, Shrimp, Fish, Chicken Legs, Ribs, Vegetables, and Meat.
- The icon for the selected preset will flash on the digital display.

Manual Time and Temperature Adjustment:
You can adjust the time and temperature for any preset or use manual settings:
- After selecting a preset, or to set manually, press the Temperature Icon (thermometer symbol) on the digital panel. The temperature display will flash.
- Turn the Rotary Control Knob to adjust the temperature between 180°F (80°C) and 400°F (200°C).
- Press the Timer Icon (clock symbol). The time display will flash.
- Turn the Rotary Control Knob to adjust the cooking time.
- Once your desired settings are displayed, press the Power Button to start cooking.
Auto Pause and Resume:
- The air fryer will automatically pause operation when the frying basket is pulled out.
- To resume cooking, simply reinsert the frying basket firmly into the main unit.
