4. Setup Instructions
4.1 Assembling the Microphone Stand
- Attach the adjustable suspension boom arm to a stable surface using its clamp.
- Secure the microphone shock mount to the end of the boom arm.
- Gently place the BM-800 condenser microphone into the shock mount.
- Attach the pop filter to the boom arm, positioning it a few inches in front of the microphone.
- Place the foam windscreen cap over the microphone for additional plosive and wind noise reduction.

4.2 Connecting the V8 Sound Card

- Microphone Connection: Connect the BM-800 condenser microphone to the 'Condenser Mic' input on the V8 sound card using the provided XLR to 3.5mm cable.
