Setup and Assembly

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes less than 5 minutes.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging.
2. Position the Fountain: Place the main fountain unit on a stable, level surface in your desired location. Ensure it is close enough to an area where the solar panel can receive direct sunlight.

3. Connect the Pump: Locate the water pump and connect its tubing to the water outlet inside the fountain. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Place the Solar Panel: Position the solar panel in an area that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. The 2-meter cable allows for flexible placement.

5. Initial Charging: Before first use, ensure the switch on the solar panel is turned to the "ON" position. Allow the solar panel to charge for 2-3 days in direct sunlight to fully charge the internal battery. This is crucial for optimal performance, especially for the LED lights and continuous operation.
6. Fill with Water: Fill the fountain with clean water. The water capacity is 9 litres. Ensure the pump is fully submerged.
7. Add Pebbles: Distribute the included 300g pebbles into the base of the fountain. This adds to the aesthetic and helps stabilize the water flow.

Operating Instructions

• Power On/Off: The fountain is controlled by a switch on the solar panel. Ensure it is in the "ON" position for operation and charging.
• Solar Operation: The fountain will operate automatically when the solar panel receives sufficient direct sunlight. Excess energy will be stored in the rechargeable lithium battery.
• Battery Backup: The built-in battery allows the fountain to operate during cloudy periods or after sunset, providing continuous enjoyment.
• LED Lights: The integrated LED lights will automatically illuminate when it gets dark, powered by the stored battery energy, creating a beautiful evening display.

• Water Flow Adjustment: The water pump may have adjustable settings for water flow. Refer to the pump's specific instructions if available, or adjust the water level slightly to influence flow.

Maintenance

• Water Level: Regularly check the water level and refill as needed. Evaporation will reduce the water level, and operating the pump without sufficient water can cause damage.
• Cleaning the Fountain: Clean the fountain periodically to prevent algae buildup and mineral deposits. Use a soft brush and mild soap if necessary. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Cleaning the Pump: The pump should be cleaned regularly to ensure optimal performance. Disconnect the pump, remove any debris from the intake, and clean the impeller. Refer to the pump's specific instructions for detailed cleaning.
• Solar Panel: Keep the solar panel clean and free of dust, dirt, or obstructions to ensure maximum sunlight absorption. Wipe it with a damp cloth as needed.
• Winterization: During freezing temperatures, drain all water from the fountain and store it indoors in a dry, frost-free location. This prevents damage to the pump and fountain material from ice expansion.
• Durability: The fountain is made with Polyresin, designed to be low maintenance, weather-resistant, UV, and frost protected for longevity. However, proper winterization is still recommended in harsh climates.
