Setup

Your Vivi Z8 Ebike comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:

  1. Unfolding the Ebike:
    • Place the folded bike on a flat surface.
    • Turn on the safety lock and open the latch on the main frame hinge.
    • Carefully unfold the frame until it locks into place. Secure the latch and safety lock.
    • Unfold the handlebars and secure the stem latch.
  2. Handlebar Adjustment: Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable riding position and secure it firmly.
  3. Seat Adjustment: Adjust the seat post height so your feet can comfortably touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release lever.
  4. Pedal Installation: Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right. Ensure they are tightened securely.
  5. Initial Battery Charge: Before your first ride, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the battery port and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when fully charged.

  4. Braking: Use the brake levers on the handlebars to engage the front and rear disc brakes. Apply both brakes simultaneously for optimal stopping power.
