Operating the Multi-Function Subdials
Your Armitron Multi-Function Watch features three subdials for enhanced utility:
- Day Subdial: Displays the current day of the week (e.g., MON, TUE).
- Date Subdial: Indicates the current day of the month.
- 24-Hour Subdial: Shows the time in a 24-hour format, useful for distinguishing AM/PM.
These subdials operate in conjunction with the main time setting. Ensure the main time is set correctly for accurate subdial readings.
Maintenance
General Care
- Clean your watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
- Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or strong magnetic fields.
- Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive materials on the watch.
Water Resistance
This watch is water resistant to 165 feet (50 meters). This means it is suitable for short periods of recreational swimming, but not for diving or snorkeling. Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in before any contact with water.

Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by a quartz battery. When the watch stops or the hands move erratically, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
