Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your Innovair Mini Split System. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified HVAC professional.

Unboxing and Component Identification

Carefully unbox all components. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. The indoor unit contains the mounting bracket, copper lines, and drain line.

Line Evacuation and Refrigerant Release

Before releasing refrigerant, the lines must be properly evacuated to remove all air and moisture. This process typically involves using a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes. After evacuation, seal the vacuum and monitor the pressure for approximately 15 minutes to ensure no leaks are present. Once confirmed, the refrigerant can be safely released into the system.

Operating Instructions

Your Innovair Mini Split System offers various modes and features for customized comfort.

Basic Operation

Use the provided remote control to power on the unit and set your desired temperature. The display on the indoor unit will show the current temperature setting.

Advanced Features

• Intelligent Defrost: This feature allows the unit to operate efficiently even in temperatures as low as -22°F, preventing ice buildup on the outdoor coil.

Keep the area around the outdoor condenser unit clear of debris, leaves, and other obstructions to ensure proper airflow. The Gold-Fin coating on the outdoor condenser provides enhanced corrosion resistance.

Unit Not Turning On

• Check the power supply and ensure the unit is properly plugged in.
