4.2 Solar Charging
The integrated solar panel provides a convenient way to recharge the power bank using sunlight. This method is primarily for emergency use or maintaining charge, as it is slower than wall charging.
- Place the solar panel directly under strong sunlight.
- Ensure the solar panel is clean and unobstructed for optimal light absorption.
- The LED indicators will show charging activity.
Note: Solar charging speed depends on sunlight intensity. For faster charging, use a wall adapter.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your JIGA Solar Charger GS1, please refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Power bank not charging | Cable not connected properly; faulty cable/adapter; power bank fully charged; internal issue. | Ensure all connections are secure. Try a different charging cable and wall adapter. Check LED indicators; if all are solid, the power bank is full. If issues persist, contact customer support. |
| Device not charging from power bank | Power bank battery low; faulty cable; device not compatible; power bank in standby mode. | Recharge the power bank. Try a different charging cable. Ensure your device is compatible with USB charging. Press the power button briefly to activate output. |
| Solar charging is slow or not working | Insufficient sunlight; solar panel obstructed or dirty; solar charging is supplementary. | Place the power bank in direct, strong sunlight. Clean the solar panel surface. Solar charging is intended for emergency or maintenance, not primary fast charging. |
| Flashlight not turning on | Power button not pressed correctly; power bank battery low. | Long press the power button for 3 seconds. Ensure the power bank has sufficient charge. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact JIGA customer support.
