Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Desk does not move. | Power cable disconnected; control panel cable loose; overload; child lock active. | Check power and control panel connections. Reduce load on desk. Deactivate child lock. Reset the system by unplugging for 30 seconds and plugging back in. |
| Desk moves unevenly or makes unusual noises. | Loose fasteners; uneven weight distribution; obstruction. | Check and tighten all screws and bolts. Redistribute weight evenly on the tabletop. Ensure no objects are obstructing the legs. |
| Anti-collision system triggers frequently. | Obstacles in the desk's path; sensitive setting. | Clear the area around the desk. If the issue persists without visible obstacles, contact customer support. |
| USB ports not charging. | Power issue; device incompatibility; cable issue. | Ensure desk is powered on. Try a different USB cable or device. Check if the device requires more power than the port provides. |
