- Ensure your monitor's weight and VESA pattern are within the specified limits of this mount. This mount supports monitors up to 17.6 lbs (8 kg) and screen sizes up to 32 inches. Compatible VESA patterns are 75x75mm and 100x100mm.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity.
- Use this product only for its intended purpose.
- If any parts are missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
- Always ensure the mount is securely fastened to the desktop before attaching the monitor.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present and undamaged before proceeding with installation. The package should include the main pole, monitor arm, VESA plate, C-clamp, grommet base components, and various screws and tools for assembly.

3. Setup and Installation
The MOUNTUP Single Monitor Mount offers two installation options: C-Clamp and Grommet Base. Choose the method that best suits your desk.
3.1. Choosing an Installation Option
The C-clamp installation is suitable for desks with a thickness between 0.4" and 1.97" (10-50mm). The grommet installation is suitable for desks with a hole diameter between 0.4" and 2.36" (10-60mm) and a thickness between 0.4" and 1.97" (10-50mm).

3.2. Installation Steps
- Assemble the Desk Clamp/Grommet Base: Attach the chosen base to the bottom of the main pole.
- Secure to Desktop: Fasten the assembled pole to your desk using either the C-clamp or grommet method, ensuring it is stable and tight.
- Install Wire Clip and Swivel Arm: Slide the wire clip and the monitor swivel arm onto the main pole at your desired height. Fasten the bolt on the swivel arm to secure it.
- Attach VESA Plate to Monitor: Secure the VESA plate to the back of your monitor using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are tightened appropriately for your monitor's VESA holes.
- Mount Monitor: Carefully slide the monitor (with the attached VESA plate) onto the swivel arm. Install the security bolt to prevent accidental dislodging.

4. Operating and Adjustments
The MOUNTUP Single Monitor Mount allows for various adjustments to achieve an ergonomic viewing experience.
- Height Adjustment: The monitor can be easily adjusted along the center pole to your preferred height.
- Tilt Adjustment: The monitor arm offers an up 45° and down 45° tilt. Loosen the tilting bolt, adjust to your desired angle, and then retighten the bolt.
- Swivel Adjustment: The monitor can swivel left and right up to 45° in each direction.
- Rotation: The monitor can rotate 360°, allowing for both landscape and portrait orientation.

- Mount Feels Unstable: Double-check that the C-clamp or grommet base is securely fastened to the desktop. Ensure your desk thickness is within the supported range.
- Difficulty Adjusting Height: Ensure the locking mechanism for height adjustment on the pole is loosened before attempting to move the monitor, and re-tightened afterward.
- Monitor Not Attaching: Verify that your monitor's VESA pattern matches the mount's compatibility (75x75mm or 100x100mm) and that the correct screws are used and tightened.
