This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Sharp LCD and Projection Alarm Clock. 2. Key Features
- Time Projection: Project the time onto your ceiling or wall with the 90° adjustable projection arm. Optimal visibility in darker rooms.

3. Setup
- Power Connection: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN jack on the back of the clock and plug it into a standard wall outlet.
- Battery Backup Installation: Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included), observing the correct polarity (+/-). This ensures time and alarm settings are retained during power interruptions.
- Initial Time Setting:
- Press and hold the Time button located on the top panel. The hour digits will begin to flash.
- Use the + or - buttons to adjust the hour. Press Time again to confirm.
- The minute digits will flash. Use the + or - buttons to adjust the minutes. Press Time again to confirm.
- The display will show 12-hour or 24-hour mode. Use + or - to select your preferred mode. Press Time to confirm and exit time setting mode.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Setting Alarms
The clock features two independent alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2).
- Press and hold the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button for 2 seconds to activate the alarm setting mode. The hour digits will flash.
- Use the + or - buttons to set the desired hour. The PM indicator will light up for PM hours. Press the respective Alarm button again to confirm.
- The minute digits will flash. Use the + or - buttons to set the desired minutes. Press the Alarm button again to confirm.
- The alarm sound selection will flash. Use the + or - buttons to choose between the buzzer or any of the 8 nature sounds. Press the Alarm button again to confirm and activate the alarm.
- To deactivate an alarm, press the corresponding Alarm button once. The bell icon on the display will disappear.
4.2. Using the Time Projection Feature
The projection feature allows you to view the time on your ceiling or wall.
- Locate the adjustable projection arm on top of the clock.
- Adjust the arm to direct the projected time to your desired surface (ceiling or wall). The arm can pivot up to 90 degrees.
- Press the Projector button on the top panel to turn the projection ON or OFF. For continuous projection, press and hold the Projector button for 3 seconds.

4.3. Playing Soothing Sleep Sounds
The clock offers 8 nature sounds to help you relax and fall asleep.
- Press the Sound button to cycle through the available nature sounds: Campfire, Thunder, Rain, Ocean, White Noise, Fan, Stream, Rainforest.
- Use the + or - buttons to adjust the volume of the selected sound.
- To stop the sound, press the Sound button repeatedly until no sound is playing, or press the Snooze/Dimmer/Sleep button to activate the sleep timer.
4.4. Display Dimmer Control
Adjust the brightness of the LCD display.
- Press the Snooze/Dimmer/Sleep button repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels (100%, 70%, 30%, OFF).
4.5. Using the Snooze Function
When an alarm sounds, press the Snooze/Dimmer/Sleep button to temporarily silence the alarm for 9 minutes. The alarm will resume after the snooze period.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the clock. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace AAA batteries annually or when the battery backup indicator appears to ensure continuous operation during power outages.
- Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
6. Troubleshooting
