- Filter Strainer: Clean immediately after juicing to prevent pulp from drying and hardening. Use a brush to remove any stubborn pulp.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the appliance.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet not working; safety lock not engaged. | Check power connection; test outlet with another device; ensure all parts are correctly assembled and locked. |
| Motor stops during operation. | Overload protection activated; too much pressure on food pusher. | Unplug, remove some ingredients, wait 15-20 minutes for motor to cool, then restart. Do not force ingredients. |
| Poor juicing/blending performance. | Ingredients too large; blades/filter clogged; insufficient liquid in blender. | Cut ingredients smaller; clean filter/blades; add more liquid for blending. |
| Leakage from juicer/blender. | Parts not assembled correctly; seals damaged. | Reassemble all parts, ensuring they are tightly secured. Check seals for damage and replace if necessary. |
