3. Setup
3.1 Physical Installation

3.2 App Download and Account Creation

4. Operating the Camera
4.1 Live View

The camera features human and pet motion detection. When motion is detected, the camera automatically records a 15-second video clip and sends a notification to your smartphone.

4.3 Two-Way Audio

5. Maintenance
5.1 Resetting the Camera
If you need to reset the camera to its factory settings, or if you cannot reset it from the app's settings page:
- Ensure the power cable is plugged in.
- Locate the reset button (a small pinhole) on the back of the camera.
- Use a reset pin (or a straightened paperclip) to press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds.
- The camera will play a voice prompt: "Restoring factory settings".
5.2 Cleaning
Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Do not clean the camera with any liquids, spray cleaner, or wet cloth. Use a dry, soft cloth to gently wipe the camera's exterior.
6. Troubleshooting
- Camera fails to connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your wireless router has internet access and the Wi-Fi signal is strong at the camera's location. The camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. If the LED is not flashing green, try resetting the camera.
- Micro SD card not detected: Ensure the Micro SD card is correctly inserted and formatted in FAT32.
- Limited event recording: Event recordings are typically 15 seconds long. For continuous recording, activate the "Continuous Video Recording" option in the app settings.
- Power failure beep: If there is a power failure, the camera will generate a loud beep once it reboots. This is normal operation.
