- Method 2 (Web Interface): Access the router's web interface, navigate to System Tools > Backup & Restore, and select the option to restore factory settings.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 No Internet Connection
- Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated with your mobile operator.
- Verify the 4G LTE LED status. If it's off or red, there might be a signal issue or SIM card problem.
- Ensure the SIM PIN is entered correctly in the web interface.
- Check the APN settings in the web interface. These are usually auto-detected but may need manual configuration for some operators.
- Reboot the router and your connected devices.
7.2 Wi-Fi Connection Issues
- Ensure the Wi-Fi LED is on. If not, press the WPS/Wi-Fi button or enable Wi-Fi in the web interface.
- Verify you are using the correct Wi-Fi SSID and password.
- Move closer to the router to check for signal strength issues.
- Try changing the Wi-Fi channel in the web interface to avoid interference.
7.3 Slow Internet Speed
- Check your 4G LTE signal strength. A weak signal will result in lower speeds. Consider repositioning the router.
- Ensure no other devices are consuming excessive bandwidth.
- Verify your mobile data plan limits and current usage.
- If using Wi-Fi, ensure your device is connected to the 5 GHz band for higher speeds, if supported.
