4. Setup
4.1 Power Connection
- Connect the UL Adapter to the DC-IN port on the projector.
- Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- The power indicator light on the projector will illuminate.
4.2 Screen Setup
The included 100-inch foldable screen can be set up using the provided hanging kit. Choose a flat wall or surface for optimal projection.
4.3 Projector Placement
- Place the projector on a stable, flat surface.
- For best image quality, position the projector directly in front of the screen.
- The projector includes a tripod socket on its base for mounting on a compatible camera tripod. This allows for precise positioning.
- Note on Keystone Correction: This projector features manual vertical keystone correction (V +/- 15°). However, for optimal image geometry, it is recommended to position the projector at a height as close as possible to the center of the projection screen.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control. The projector will start up.
- To Power Off: Press the power button again. Confirm shutdown if prompted.
5.2 Connecting Input Sources
The projector supports HDMI, USB, Micro-SD, and AV inputs.
- HDMI: Connect an HDMI cable from your source device (e.g., laptop, gaming console, streaming stick) to the HDMI port on the projector.
- USB/Micro-SD: Insert a USB drive or Micro-SD card into the respective port. The projector's media player interface will typically appear automatically.
- AV: Connect the included AV cable to the AV port on the projector and to the corresponding audio/video output ports on your source device (e.g., DVD player).
5.3 Selecting Input Source
After connecting a source, use the 'Source' button on the remote control or the projector's control panel to cycle through available inputs (HDMI, USB, AV, TF).
5.4 Focus Adjustment
Rotate the focus dial located on the top of the projector (refer to Figure 3.1) until the projected image appears clear and sharp on the screen.
5.5 Menu Navigation
Use the arrow buttons and 'OK' button on the projector's control panel or remote control to navigate through the on-screen menu. Adjust settings such as picture mode, aspect ratio, and sound.
5.6 Audio Output
The projector has a built-in 5W speaker. For enhanced audio, connect external speakers or headphones to the 3.5mm Headphone/Line Output port.
6. Maintenance
- Lens Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses to gently wipe the projector lens. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the projector's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth.
- Ventilation: Ensure the ventilation grilles are free from dust and obstructions to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating.
- Storage: When not in use, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and the power outlet. Ensure the outlet is functional.
- No Image: Verify that the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections (HDMI, AV). Ensure the lens cap is removed.
- Blurry Image: Adjust the focus dial until the image is clear. Ensure the projector is placed at an appropriate distance from the screen.
- No Sound: Check the volume settings on both the projector and the source device. If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected and powered on.
- Remote Control Not Working: Ensure the remote control batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted. Point the remote directly at the projector's IR receiver.
- Overheating Warning: Ensure the projector's ventilation grilles are not blocked. Allow the projector to cool down in a well-ventilated area.
