3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

The Lichamp LED Camping Lantern requires 3 AA batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery compartment at the bottom of the lantern.
2. Twist the bottom cap counter-clockwise to remove it.
3. Insert 3 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Replace the bottom cap by twisting it clockwise until securely fastened.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Turning On/Off and Brightness Control

The lantern features a simple pull-up mechanism for operation and brightness adjustment.

1. To turn on the lantern, gently pull the top section upwards from its collapsed state. The light will illuminate.
2. To adjust brightness, continue pulling the top section further upwards for brighter light, or push it downwards to dim the light.
3. To turn off the lantern, fully collapse the top section back into the base.
