Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the fryer for any damage.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the oil container, frying baskets, and lid in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the stainless steel housing with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating element or control panel in water.
- Assembly:
- Place the oil container securely into the stainless steel housing.
- Insert the heating element assembly into the designated slots at the back of the oil container. Ensure it is properly seated and locked into place. The fryer will not operate if the heating element is not correctly installed.
- Adding Oil: Pour frying oil into the oil container. Ensure the oil level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the container. Do not overfill or underfill.
- Placement: Place the deep fryer on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface, away from walls and flammable materials. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The power indicator light (red) will illuminate.
Operating Instructions
Follow these steps for safe and effective frying:
- Preheating Oil:
- Turn the temperature control dial to the desired frying temperature (e.g., 170°C for chicken, 180°C for fries).
- The heat indicator light (green) will turn on, indicating that the heating element is active.
- Allow the oil to preheat. The heat indicator light will turn off once the set temperature is reached. It will cycle on and off during frying to maintain the temperature.
- Preparing Food:
- Ensure food items are dry before placing them in the basket. Excess moisture can cause oil to splatter.
- Do not overload the frying basket. Fry in small batches to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.
- Frying:
- Carefully lower the frying basket containing the food into the hot oil.
- Place the lid on the fryer.
- Fry for the recommended time or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Use the provided frying baskets. The fryer supports one large basket or two smaller baskets simultaneously.
- Removing Food:
- Carefully lift the frying basket out of the oil.
- Hook the basket onto the edge of the oil container to allow excess oil to drain.
- Transfer the fried food to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
- After Frying: Turn the temperature control dial to "OFF" and unplug the fryer from the wall outlet. Allow the oil and fryer to cool completely before cleaning or storing.

- Cleaning Components:
- The oil container, frying baskets, and lid can be washed in warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
