2. Initial Time Synchronization (Radio Control - DCF 77)

The MEBUS 25363 is a radio-controlled alarm clock (DCF 77). Upon battery insertion, it will automatically attempt to synchronize with the DCF signal to set the correct time, including automatic adjustment for daylight saving time.

2. Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the large Light / Snooze Button on the top of the alarm clock. The alarm will temporarily stop and sound again after approximately 5 minutes.

3. Dial Illumination

To illuminate the clock face in the dark, press the Light / Snooze Button on the top. The dial will light up with a warm white light for a few seconds, allowing you to read the time easily without disturbing sleep.

4. Luminous Hands

The hour and minute hands of the alarm clock are fluorescent. After being exposed to light, they will glow in the dark, allowing for time reading without activating the dial illumination.

5. Manual Time Adjustment (If Needed)

In areas with poor DCF 77 signal reception, or if you wish to override the radio-controlled time, you can manually set the time:

  1. Locate the Time Setting Knob on the back of the alarm clock.
  2. Rotate this knob to adjust the hour and minute hands to the desired time.
  3. The clock will continue to operate with the manually set time until a strong DCF 77 signal is received, at which point it may attempt to re-synchronize.
