Setup
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the pocket watch and its accessories from the gift box. The package includes the pocket watch, a deluxe 14-inch stainless steel curb chain with a lobster claw end piece, and this instruction manual.
2. Attaching the Chain
Locate the small ring at the top of the watch crown. Attach one end of the provided stainless steel chain to this ring using the lobster claw clasp. The other end of the chain can be secured to a vest buttonhole, belt loop, or other suitable attachment point.

Operating Instructions
1. Opening the Hunter Case
To open the front cover (hunter case), locate the small button or lever on the top of the crown. Press or slide this mechanism to release the cover, which will spring open to reveal the watch dial.
2. Setting the Time
- Gently pull the crown outwards to the first or second click position (depending on the model, usually the outermost position for time setting).
- Turn the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to adjust the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Once the time is set, push the crown back into its original position to engage the movement and start the watch.
3. Setting the Day and Date
The watch features a day/date display. The setting method may vary slightly:
- Quick Set (if applicable): Pull the crown out to the first click position. Turning the crown in one direction will adjust the date, and turning it in the other direction will adjust the day. Adjust until the correct day and date are displayed.
- Standard Set: If quick set is not available, you may need to advance the time by rotating the crown past 24 hours to change the date and day. To avoid damaging the movement, do not attempt to set the date or day between 9 PM and 3 AM.
After setting, ensure the crown is fully pushed back in.

1. Cleaning
To maintain the appearance of your watch, wipe the case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish.
2. Battery Replacement
This watch is powered by a Japanese quartz movement and requires one product-specific battery (included). When the watch stops running, it indicates that the battery needs replacement. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to prevent damage to the movement or case.
3. Water Resistance

- Watch Not Running:
- Check if the crown is fully pushed in. The watch will not run if the crown is pulled out for setting.

- Incorrect Time or Date:
- Refer to the 'Setting the Time' and 'Setting the Day and Date' sections under Operating Instructions to reset.
- Case Not Closing Properly:
- Ensure no debris is obstructing the hinge or clasp mechanism.
- Gently press the cover until it clicks securely into place. Avoid excessive force.
