Setup Instructions
Assembly of this shelving unit requires no tools and can be completed efficiently by following these steps. It is recommended to begin assembly on a waist-high horizontal surface for ease of handling.
- Prepare Poles: Separate the 8 pole sections into 4 top poles and 4 bottom poles. The bottom poles are where the feet or casters attach. Insert the leveling feet or casters into the bottom poles. Insert the round plugs into the top poles.
- Attach First Shelf: Decide the desired height for your lowest shelf. Take two black slip sleeves and ensure the arrow and "TOP" marking on each sleeve face upwards. Clip them onto one of the poles at the desired height. Repeat this for the remaining three poles, ensuring the sleeves are at the same height on all poles. The sleeves will click into place when aligned with the grooves on the poles.
- Slide on Shelf: With the poles lying horizontally on your work surface, slide the first wire shelf over the poles, ensuring the shelf's corners align with the slip sleeves. Once all four poles are through, you can carefully stand the unit upright.
- Add Remaining Shelves: For each subsequent shelf, repeat step 2 and 3. Place the slip sleeves at the desired height on each pole, then slide the shelf down over the sleeves until it rests securely. Ensure all shelves are level.
- Connect Pole Sections: If using all four tiers, connect the top and bottom pole sections by screwing them together. Ensure they are tightly secured.
- Final Adjustment: Once all shelves are in place, gently push down on each shelf corner to ensure it is fully seated and secure on the slip sleeves.

The shelves can be adjusted in 1-inch increments to accommodate items of various sizes. To adjust a shelf, remove all items from it. Carefully lift the shelf off the slip sleeves. Reposition the slip sleeves on the poles to the desired height, ensuring they are level across all four poles. Then, place the shelf back onto the sleeves, pressing down firmly to secure it.
Using Casters and Leveling Feet:
Your shelving unit comes with both casters (wheels) and leveling feet. Casters provide mobility, allowing you to easily move the unit. Two of the casters are lockable to prevent unintended movement. When using casters, the total weight capacity for the entire unit is 130 lbs. For stationary use and maximum weight capacity, install the leveling feet. With leveling feet, each shelf can support up to 300 lbs., with a total system capacity of 1500 lbs.
