Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the Zebra TC20.
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow several hours for a full charge.

2. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the Zebra logo appears on the screen.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options menu appears. Select "Power off".
3. Initial Configuration
Upon first power-on, the device will guide you through the initial Android setup process, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.
Operating the Device
Display and Navigation
The TC20 features a 4.3-inch color WVGA (800x480) display with LED backlight and Corning Gorilla Glass for durability. Navigation is primarily touch-based, similar to a standard Android smartphone.

Barcode Scanning
The integrated barcode scanner allows for quick and accurate data capture.
- Open an application that supports barcode scanning (e.g., inventory management app).
- Point the scanner window (located at the top of the device) at the barcode.
- Press the scan button (typically on the side) to activate the scanner. A successful scan will usually be indicated by a beep or vibration.
Camera Operation
The TC20 is equipped with an 8 MP color camera.
- Open the Camera application from the app drawer.
- Frame your subject on the screen.
- Tap the shutter button on the screen to capture a photo.
