• Single Display (8K@30Hz): Connect a single 8K monitor to the DisplayPort 1.4 output. Ensure your host computer's Thunderbolt 3 port supports DP 1.4 Alt Mode.
• Dual Displays (4K@60Hz): Connect one 4K monitor to the DisplayPort 1.4 output and a second 4K monitor to the Thunderbolt 3 daisy chain port (using a compatible adapter or monitor).
• Compatibility: For Mac M1/M2/M3 Pro/Max, the dock supports single extended video output.

NVMe SSD Installation

The dock supports two M Key 2280 form factor PCIe NVMe/AHCI M.2 SSDs. Follow these steps to install an SSD:

1. Power Off: Ensure the docking station is disconnected from power and your host computer.
2. Access Internal Slots: Loosen the two thumb screws on the rear of the dock. Gently slide the internal tray out from the front of the enclosure.
3. Remove Cover: Remove the two Phillips screws securing the internal cover to access the M.2 slots.
4. Install SSD: Carefully insert your M Key 2280 PCIe NVMe/AHCI M.2 SSD into an available slot at a slight angle. Push down gently and secure it with the provided M2.5 screw.
5. Reassemble: Replace the internal cover and secure it with the Phillips screws. Slide the internal tray back into the enclosure and tighten the thumb screws.
6. Format SSD: After connecting the dock to your computer, the new SSD(s) will appear as unformatted drives. Use your operating system's disk management utility to initialize and format the SSD(s) before use.

Note: Only M Key PCIe NVMe/AHCI M.2 SSDs are supported. B+M Key SATA SSDs are not compatible.

Ethernet Connection Issues:

NVMe SSD Not Detected:

• Verify the SSD is an M Key PCIe NVMe/AHCI M.2 2280 type. SATA M.2 SSDs are not compatible.
