6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning Your Watch
To clean your watch, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the resin case and strap. For water-resistant models, you may rinse it gently with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine, then dry thoroughly.
6.2 Battery Replacement
The watch is powered by one Lithium Ion battery (included). When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.
7. Water Resistance
This Armitron Sport Digital Watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). This rating indicates suitability for swimming and snorkeling, but it is not suitable for scuba diving. Avoid operating buttons while the watch is submerged to prevent water entry.

Important: Water resistance is not a permanent condition. Gaskets and seals can wear out over time, reducing the watch's water resistance. Regular maintenance checks are recommended.
8. Troubleshooting
