Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your NutriBullet Immersion Blender, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • Blender does not turn on: Ensure the appliance is securely plugged into a working power outlet. Check if the blending arm or whisk attachment is correctly locked into the motor body.
  • Motor stops during operation: The blender may have overheated. Unplug the unit and allow it to cool down for at least 15-20 minutes before attempting to use it again. Reduce the load or processing time for very thick mixtures.
  • Ingredients are not blending smoothly: Ensure there is enough liquid in your mixture. Move the blending arm up and down to circulate ingredients. For tough ingredients, process in smaller batches.
  • Excessive vibration or noise: Ensure all attachments are securely fastened. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
