4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. The speaker is powered by an included AAAA battery.

1. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the charging port on the speaker.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The LED indicator will show the charging status. It will typically turn off or change color once fully charged.

4.2 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with a power symbol or integrated into a multi-function button) for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt or see the LED indicator light up.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again for a few seconds until you hear an audible prompt or the LED indicator turns off.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Bluetooth Pairing

The Vieta Pro Easy 2 speaker uses Bluetooth 5.0 for stable wireless connection.

1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (the LED indicator will usually flash rapidly).
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "Vieta Pro Easy 2" from the list of devices.
4. Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will typically glow solid blue.

5.2 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Function

You can pair two Vieta Pro Easy 2 speakers together for a stereo sound experience.

1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
2. On one speaker, press and hold the TWS button (refer to product diagram if available) until you hear a prompt.
3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master and the other as the slave.
4. Now, connect your device to the master speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 5.1.

5.3 Basic Controls

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button once.
• Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
• Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button (or a dedicated next track button).
• Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button (or a dedicated previous track button).

5.4 FM Radio

The speaker includes an FM radio function.

1. Press the 'M' (Mode) button to switch to FM Radio mode.
2. Press the Play/Pause button once to auto-scan and save available stations.
3. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to navigate between saved stations.

5.5 Virtual Assistant

Activate your device's virtual assistant directly from the speaker.

• Ensure your speaker is connected to a smartphone with an active virtual assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
• Press the dedicated virtual assistant button (often marked with a microphone icon or a specific symbol) once to activate it.
• Speak your command into the speaker's built-in microphone.

5.6 Microphone Function

The integrated microphone allows for hands-free calls.

• When a call comes in, press the Play/Pause button to answer.
• Press the Play/Pause button again to end the call.
• To reject a call, press and hold the Play/Pause button.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Water Resistance (IPX7)

The Vieta Pro Easy 2 speaker is IPX7 water-resistant, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. However, it is important to follow these guidelines:

• Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
• Do not expose the speaker to saltwater or other chemicals.
• After exposure to water, wipe the speaker dry with a soft, clean cloth before charging or opening any port covers.
