Setup

1. Unpacking and Placement

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Place the grinder on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and access.

2. Hopper Installation

Attach the short hopper to the top of the grinder. Ensure it is securely seated. The hopper holds your coffee beans for grinding.

3. Power Connection

Connect the power cord to a grounded 120 Volt electrical outlet. The grinder is now ready for operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Grind Adjustment

The Atom 75 features a stepless grind adjustment system. To adjust the grind fineness, turn the adjustment knob located on the side of the grinder. Turning towards 'Fine' will result in a finer grind, while turning towards 'Coarse' will produce a coarser grind. The unique bottom-burr adjust mechanism allows for precise changes without losing your setting during cleaning.

2. Timed Dosing

Troubleshooting

1. Static and Clumping

The Eureka ACE System is designed to minimize static and clumping. If you experience excessive static or clumping, ensure the grinder is clean and free of old coffee grounds. Verify that the LED ground wiring (if applicable to your model) is correctly positioned, as this can impact static reduction.

2. Beans Getting Stuck

If beans are not feeding properly into the burrs, ensure the hopper is correctly seated and the bean gate is open. Gently agitate the beans in the hopper or use a blower tool to dislodge any stuck beans.
