Setup
1. Charging the Battery
Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then connect the battery to the charger. The charging indicator on the battery will show its status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.
2. Attaching/Detaching the Battery
- To Attach: Align the battery with the base of the saw handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- To Detach: Press the battery release button (usually located on the side of the battery) and slide the battery out.
3. Installing/Changing Blades
- Ensure the battery is removed from the saw before changing blades to prevent accidental startup.
- Locate the blade clamp lever on the front of the saw.
