  • Ensure all components are securely connected during assembly to prevent collapse.
  • Do not overload the shoe boxes. Adhere to the recommended shoe size (up to EU size 47).
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on top of stacked boxes that could compromise stability.
  • This product is intended for indoor use only.

3. Package Contents

Your BITUXX LEX21 Stackable Shoe Box Set (Model 18236) includes the following components for three shoe boxes:

  • 3 x Front Panels (with magnetic closure)
  • 3 x Back Panels
  • 6 x Side Panels
  • 3 x Top Panels
  • 3 x Bottom Panels

4. Assembly Instructions

The BITUXX LEX21 shoe boxes feature a simple click-together assembly. Follow these steps for each box:

  1. Prepare Panels: Lay out one bottom panel, one top panel, two side panels, one front panel, and one back panel for a single box.
  2. Attach Side Panels: Connect the two side panels to the grooves on the bottom panel. Ensure they click firmly into place.
  3. Attach Back Panel: Slide the back panel into the grooves of the side panels and the bottom panel. Press firmly until it clicks.
  4. Attach Top Panel: Place the top panel onto the assembled sides and back, aligning the grooves. Press down until all connections click securely.
  5. Install Front Panel: Align the front panel with the opening. The magnetic closure mechanism should face outwards. Insert the tabs on the front panel into the corresponding slots on the top and bottom edges of the box opening. Push until it clicks into place.

  • Placing Shoes: Open the front door by gently pulling it forward. Place one pair of shoes inside the box. Close the door, ensuring the magnetic closure engages.
  • Stacking Boxes: The BITUXX LEX21 shoe boxes are designed to be stackable. Align the bottom of an upper box with the top of a lower box. The integrated grooves will interlock, providing stability for vertical stacking.
  • Visibility: The transparent front and side panels allow for easy identification of the shoes stored inside without needing to open the box.

6. Maintenance and Care

  • Cleaning: Wipe the shoe boxes with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the plastic.
  • Drying: Ensure the boxes are completely dry before storing shoes or stacking.
  • Ventilation: The boxes feature small ventilation holes to help prevent odor buildup. Ensure these holes are not obstructed.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Box is unstable: Ensure all panels are fully clicked into their respective grooves. Disassemble and reassemble if necessary, applying firm pressure.
  • Front door does not close properly: Check for any obstructions around the door frame or the magnetic closure. Ensure the door is correctly aligned in its slots.
  • Boxes do not stack securely: Verify that the top and bottom panels of adjacent boxes are correctly aligned and interlocked.
