Troubleshooting
- Feeder Offline: Check your 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Ensure the feeder is within range of your router. Restart the feeder and the app.
- Food Not Dispensing: Verify that the food hopper is not empty and that the kibble size does not exceed 10mm. Check for any obstructions in the dispensing mechanism.
- No Motion Alerts: Ensure the motion detection sensitivity is set appropriately in the app (High, Medium, or Low). Check camera view for obstructions.
- Camera Not Working: Ensure the feeder is powered on and connected to WiFi. Check app permissions for camera access.
- Voice Recording Issues: Ensure microphone access is granted to the app. Re-record the message if necessary.
- Low Food Sensor Alert: This indicates the food level is low. Refill the food hopper promptly.
