Setup Instructions

Connecting to Nintendo Switch / Switch 2

Enable Pro Controller Wired Communication:
Before connecting the controller for the first time, you must enable the "Pro Controller Wired Communication" option on your Nintendo Switch console.
- From the HOME Menu, select "System Settings".
- Scroll down the left-hand menu and select "Controllers and Sensors".
- Select "Pro Controller Wired Communication" to enable this feature. (Select it again to disable if needed).

Connect the Controller:
Plug the USB-A end of the controller's cable into an available USB port on your Nintendo Switch dock. The controller will automatically connect and be ready for use.

Connecting to PC

Plug and Play:
Connect the USB-A end of the controller's cable to an available USB port on your PC. The operating system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. The controller will then be ready for use with compatible PC games.

Operating Instructions

The Konix FFF Wired Controller functions similarly to standard gamepads. Refer to your game's specific control scheme for button assignments.

Button Layout

The controller features standard buttons including A/B/X/Y, directional pad, left and right analog sticks, L/R shoulder buttons, ZL/ZR triggers, Home button, Plus (+), Minus (-), and a dedicated Screenshot button.

Using the Screenshot Button

Press the Screenshot button (located below the directional pad) during gameplay to capture an image of your screen.
On Nintendo Switch, captured images can be accessed and managed from the Album on the HOME Menu.

Vibration Function

The controller's vibration function provides tactile feedback during compatible games.
Vibration intensity may be adjustable within individual game settings or console system settings.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the controller. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Storage: Store the controller in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause / Solution
Controller not recognized by Nintendo Switch.	Ensure "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in System Settings (see Setup Instructions). Check if the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the Switch dock. Try a different USB port on the dock.
Controller not recognized by PC.	Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the controller and the PC. Try a different USB port on your PC. Restart your PC. Check Device Manager for any driver issues.
Vibration function not working.	Verify that the game you are playing supports vibration feedback. Check in-game settings and console/PC system settings to ensure vibration is enabled.
Buttons are unresponsive or sticky.	Ensure the controller is clean and free from debris. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
