Setup

Initial Setup

1. Charging the Parent Unit: Before first use, charge the parent unit for at least 12 hours. Connect the small plug of the power adapter to the parent unit and the large plug to a wall outlet. The battery icon will indicate charging status.
2. Powering the Baby Unit: Connect the small plug of the power adapter to the baby unit and the large plug to a wall outlet. The baby unit will power on automatically.
3. Placement: Place the baby unit in a location that provides a clear view of your baby. Ensure it is out of reach of children (at least 3 feet / 1 meter away from the crib). The camera can be placed on a flat surface or wall-mounted.

Operating Instructions

Monitoring Your Baby

• Screen On/Off: Press the LCD OFF button on the parent unit to turn the screen off while keeping audio monitoring active. Press any button to turn the screen back on.
• VOX Mode (Sound Activation): The screen will automatically turn on when sound is detected above your set sensitivity level. This conserves battery life.
• Volume Control: Use the VOL + and VOL - buttons to adjust the listening volume from the baby unit.
• Two-Way Talk: Press and hold the TALK button on the parent unit to speak to your baby through the baby unit's speaker. Release the button to hear your baby.
• Lullabies: Access the menu to select and play soothing lullabies or ambient sounds. These will play from the baby unit.
• Temperature Monitoring: The current room temperature detected by the baby unit is displayed on the parent unit's screen.
• Digital Zoom: Use the menu options to digitally zoom in on the video feed for a closer look at your baby.

Maintenance
