Operating Instructions
GLS30501 Tri-ring Cooktop Operation
The FOTILE GLS30501 Cooktop features five versatile burners designed for various cooking needs. Each burner is controlled by a heat-resistant knob located at the front of the appliance.

- Tri-ring Center Burner: Provides 21,000 BTUs for high-heat cooking such as boiling, searing, pan frying, and stir-frying.
- Left Burners (x2): Each offers 13,000 BTUs, suitable for general cooking and can be used with an optional griddle.
- Right Simmer Burners (x2): Dedicated burners with 3,000 BTUs and 6,000 BTUs for consistent and accurate low heat, ideal for delicate cuisines.
To ignite a burner, push down and turn the corresponding knob to the 'High' position. The one-second fast ignition system will light the burner. Adjust the flame to your desired intensity by turning the knob.
