- Place the glass lid onto the stoneware insert.

- LOW: For slow, gentle cooking over a longer period (typically 6-8 hours).
- HIGH: For faster cooking (typically 3-4 hours).
- WARM: To keep cooked food at a serving temperature. Do not use the WARM setting for cooking.
- OFF: To turn the appliance off.
- Once cooking is complete, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the unit.
- Always use oven mitts when handling the hot stoneware insert or glass lid.

Care and Maintenance
