5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Wiring

WARNING: Disconnect all power to the heating system before attempting any wiring. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the thermostat, heating system, or personal injury.

The thermostat is designed for 220V systems and is compatible with gas boilers and water heating radiators. Refer to the wiring diagrams below for proper connection.

  2. Connect the Live wire to terminal 4 (L) and the Neutral wire to terminal 3 (N) on the thermostat.

  4. If using an NTC floor sensor, connect it to terminals 5 and 6.

  1. Ensure your thermostat is successfully paired with the "Smart RM" app.
  2. Open the Amazon Alexa app or Google Home app on your smartphone.

  5. Link your "Smart RM" account when prompted.

6.1 Basic Controls

  • Power Button (⏻): Turns the thermostat on or off.
