ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Time setting is difficult or tedious. The button sequence for time setting can be non-intuitive. Refer to Section 4.1 and practice the steps. Ensure you press SET to confirm each segment (hour, minute, 12/24H).
Projection is blurry or unclear.Ensure the clock is within the optimal projection distance of 0.5 to 3 meters from the surface. Adjust the angle of the projector lens.
Display brightness is too strong, even at the lowest setting.Use the DIMMER button to cycle through all brightness levels, including the 'Off' setting for complete darkness if desired.
Radio volume is still audible at the lowest setting (L00).This is a known characteristic for some units. If complete silence is required, turn off the radio completely by pressing the RADIO/SLEEP button.
Buttons are confusing or non-intuitive.Many buttons have dual functionalities. Refer to the specific operating instructions in Section 4 for each function. Familiarity will improve with regular use.
