5.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the USB charging cable to the instrument and a suitable USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

5.2 Attaching Electrodes

1. Ensure the electrode pads are securely connected to the main instrument unit.
2. Clean the skin on your forehead, specifically the area between your eyebrows and the hairline, using a warm towel or clean water. This helps ensure optimal adhesion and conductivity.
3. Carefully peel off the protective film from the electrode pads.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Place the instrument on your head, positioning the electrode pads firmly against the trigeminal nerve acupuncture points on your forehead. Gently press the instrument with your fingers to ensure good skin contact.
2. Adjust the elastic strap for a comfortable and secure fit. The strap should be snug but not overly tight.
3. Press and hold the power button. The device will emit a beep, and the working indicator light will illuminate green, indicating the program has started.
4. The device features an automatic timing system and will turn off after approximately 15 minutes of operation.
5. To stop the device manually, press and hold the power button again.

7.1 Electrode Pad Care

The electrode pads are consumable items with a limited lifespan (approximately 50 uses or more, depending on care). To maximize their lifespan:

• After each use, reattach the protective film to the electrode pads. This prevents them from drying out and losing adhesion.
• Store the device and pads in a clean, dry place.

7.2 Cleaning the Device

Wipe the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

8. Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is fully charged. If the battery is low, connect it to the USB charging cable.
• No sensation during use: Verify that the electrode pads are firmly attached to your forehead and that your skin is clean. Adjust the elastic strap for better contact.
• Electrode pads losing adhesion: Clean your forehead thoroughly before use. Ensure the protective film is reattached after each use to prevent drying. Replace pads if they no longer adhere effectively.
