5. Setup
5.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated in their respective slots.
- Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The LED display on the charging case will show the current battery percentage, indicating charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour for the case.

5.2. Pairing with Your Device
The earbuds support automatic connection for easy pairing.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
- Look for "TWS" or "JOYHOOSH-TW13" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

6. Operating Instructions (Touch Controls)
The JOYHOOSH Wireless Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

- One Touch: Answer/End Call, Play/Pause Music.
- Double Touch (Left Earbud): Previous Music.

7. Maintenance

- Ear Tips: Remove and clean the ear tips periodically. You can gently wash them with water and mild soap, then dry them completely before reattaching.
- Charging Ports: Keep the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case clean and free of debris. Use a dry cotton swab if necessary.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust and damage.

- Earbuds not pairing with device:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
- Forget the device from your Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode. - Only one earbud working:
- Place both earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid. Open the lid after a few seconds to reset them.
- Ensure both earbuds have sufficient charge. - Low volume or poor sound quality:
- Adjust the volume on both your device and the earbuds.
- Ensure the ear tips are properly sealed in your ear canal.
