Setup and First Use
Initial Device Setup
- Language Selection: Upon first boot, select your preferred language from the available options.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Connect the device to a stable Wi-Fi network. This is crucial for software updates and online features.

Account Registration and Activation

- Create Account: Tap "Create Account" on the login screen.
- Input Details: Enter your desired username, password, and email address.
- Verification Code: Tap "Verification Code" to send a code to your registered email. Input this code into the device.
- Register: Tap "Register" to complete account creation.
- Activate: Input the Serial Number and Activation Code found in your Password Letter. Tap "Activate" and then "OK". Your device is now activated.

All Systems Diagnostic Scan
The AD800BT performs OE-level analysis across all available on-board systems, including ECM, ABS, airbag, SAS, DPF, EVAP, TPMS, BMS, and EPB. It can pull and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), turn off warning lights, and display live stream data in text or merged graphs.

- 1. Where is the feedback path?
When the diagnosis fails, there is a prompt interface. Tap feedback directly and then fill in the relevant information to upload according to the system prompts. - 2. Why does TOPDON ArtiDiag800 BT have no responses when it is connected to a car?
Check if the connection with the vehicle diagnostic socket is solid, or check if the ignition switch is on, or if the tool supports the car. - 3. Why does the system stop when reading the data stream?
This may be caused by the loose diagnostic VCI dongle. Please unplug the VCI dongle, make sure the reconnection is stable and solid. - 4. Communication error with vehicle ECU?
Please confirm the following cases: Whether diagnostic VCI dongle is correctly connected. Whether ignition switch is ON. Or, send your vehicle’s year, make, model and VIN number to us using Feedback feature for timely technical assistance. - 5. Why does the screen flash when the engine ignition starts?
It is normal and caused by electromagnetic interference. - 6. How to capture the screenshot?
Tap the “Screenshot” icon on the screen to capture the current screen, which will be saved in the ArtiFolder module.
