Maintenance
- Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures.
- Do not drop the device, as internal components may become dislodged or damaged.
- Store the PC2 and batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Regularly inspect the charging contacts and ports for any debris or damage.
Troubleshooting
- 0V Activation Function: If an over-discharged battery is inserted, the PC2 will attempt to reactivate it with a small current (approx. 150mA). If the battery's activation voltage (2.5V for 3.6/3.7V lithium batteries, 0.8V for Ni-MH batteries) is not reached within approximately 10 minutes, activation is deemed unsuccessful. You can attempt activation again. If activation fails 3 consecutive times, the battery is considered faulty and should not be used.
- Automatic Power-Off: The device is equipped with safety features that automatically turn off power in case of abnormalities such as overheating, short circuits, or overvoltage. If the device unexpectedly turns off, check for any issues with the batteries or connections.
- Unstable Charging/Output: If charging or power bank output is unstable or not working, ensure all cables are securely connected, the power source is adequate, and the batteries are in good condition.
