3. Setup
Unpacking and Initial Placement
- Carefully remove the toaster oven and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the appliance.
- Wipe down the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the wire rack, baking pan, and tray handle in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Place the toaster oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the oven directly against a wall or under cabinets.
First Use (Burn-Off)
Before cooking food in your new toaster oven, it is recommended to perform a burn-off cycle to eliminate any manufacturing odors or residues.
- Insert the wire rack and baking pan into the oven.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the maximum setting (440°F / 230°C).
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the "Bake" setting.
- Turn the Timer Knob to 15 minutes. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow the oven to operate for 15 minutes. Some smoke or odor may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- After 15 minutes, the timer will chime, and the oven will turn off. Unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before use.
4. Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Place the wire rack or baking pan in the desired position within the oven.
- Place food on the wire rack or in the baking pan.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode (Bake, Broil, Toast).
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time. The power indicator light will turn on.
- When the set time expires, the timer will chime, and the oven will automatically turn off.
- To stop cooking before the timer expires, turn the Timer Knob to the "OFF" position.
- Always use oven mitts when removing food or accessories from the hot oven.
Toasting
- Place items to be toasted directly on the wire rack.
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the "Toast" setting.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired toast shade (usually indicated by a toast icon or a medium-high setting).
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired toasting time.
Baking
- Place food in the baking pan or on an oven-safe dish placed on the wire rack.
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the "Bake" setting.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired baking temperature.
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired baking time.
Broiling
- Place food on the baking pan. For best results, position the rack closer to the top heating elements.
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the "Broil" setting.

- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired broiling time. Monitor food closely as broiling can be very fast.
5. Care and Cleaning

- Always unplug the oven from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Crumb Tray: Slide out the crumb tray from the bottom of the oven. Discard crumbs. Wipe the tray with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Reinsert the crumb tray.
- Wire Rack and Baking Pan: Wash in warm, soapy water. For stubborn food residue, soak in warm water before scrubbing. Rinse and dry thoroughly. These are not dishwasher safe.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild liquid soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can damage the non-stick coating.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes.
- Never immerse the main body of the oven, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
