Setup (Assembly Instructions)
Assembly is quick and easy, typically taking less than 10 minutes per chair. Follow these steps:
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Attach Footrest to Gas Lift: Slide the footrest ring onto the gas lift cylinder. Ensure it is securely positioned.
- Insert Gas Lift into Base: Place the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the base plate. The anti-slip rubber ring on the base should be facing down.
- Attach Seat to Gas Lift: Align the mounting plate on the underside of the seat cushion with the top of the gas lift cylinder. Secure the seat to the gas lift using the provided screws and Allen wrench. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.
- Repeat for Second Stool: Follow steps 1-4 to assemble the second bar stool.
Operating Instructions
- Height Adjustment: To adjust the seat height, locate the lever under the seat. While seated, pull the lever up to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever up. The gas lift system allows for smooth height adjustments.
- Swivel Function: The bar stools feature a 360-degree swivel function, allowing for easy rotation without moving the base.
- Footrest: Utilize the built-in footrest for added comfort and support while seated.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the PU leather and metal surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the finish.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Floor Protection: The base includes an anti-slip rubber ring to protect your floors. Ensure this ring is clean and intact.
Troubleshooting
- Stool is Wobbly: Check that all assembly screws are securely tightened. Ensure the base is on a flat, even surface.
- Height Adjustment Not Working: Verify that the gas lift lever is functioning correctly and not obstructed. Ensure the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in both the base and the seat mechanism.
- Squeaking Noise: Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts, such as the swivel mechanism or gas lift, if squeaking occurs.
